Hail, Alma Mater
Music: F. F. Fleming (1778-1813)
Text: F. W. Ohl

Hail, Alma Mater! We thy children sing thee;
Honor and glory may we ever bring thee;
By our devotion upward we will wing thee,
Proud of thy progress.

Here where our fathers fought that they might give us
Freedom forever from a tyrant grievous,
Teach us to cherish what they died to leave us
Stirred by their spirit.

Germantown High School, we will serve thee ever;
Loyal and loving, we will fail thee never;
We will exalt thee by our joint endeavor,
And of thy greatness.
