The Sweetheart’s Ball occurred on 17 February |

The Junior Prom, the first big event for the 85th, was held at Curtis Hall
on 13 April |

The Senior Trip to Bear Mountain State Park on 9 June was marvelous and
unforgettable in spite of the rain |

|
Move-Up Day on 19 June marked a major transition for the 85th became the
Senior Class as the 84's marched out singing the Alma Mater |

The Senior Prom, “Mid-Winter Night’s Dream,” held at the Philmont Country Club
on 28 November was superb with parties galore afterwards lasting into
the wee hours of the morning |
| 1959 |
|
The Senior Luncheon held at Casi Conti on 21 January will always remain
special to us for along with the delicious food we received our personal
copies of the Revidere yearbook on this day before graduating |

Finally, Commencement occurred Thursday evening, 22 January, 8:00 p.m.,
in the School Auditorium. And thus from it we entered into a world of new
experiences |
