What have you been doing the past 45 years?
It was great to hear that the class of January 1959 is still going strong. I have since
had several messages from Suzanne Elkins Zuumbro and told her some things about myself. By the way
I am no longer the skinny kid that I was when in high school. My wife thinks I'm just right at 5'11" and 195.
After I graduated from Temple University in June 1962 with a major in chemistry; do you believe it?,
I entered the real world. Let's call it Wayne's World.
I went through 3 companies and have been with the same company now for almost 35 years.
In between I did have my own testing laboratory that I sold after 6 years. I am a software
database specialist manager for a large company working with analytical and research chemistry labs.
Besides my wife I have a son, who just received his PhD in psychology and a beautiful daugther.
They are both married and have their own families and combined for a total of 5 grandchildren.
I also have a new baby. He is a 17 month old German Shepherd who at 110 pounds thinks he is a lap dog.
Geograpically, I have stayed in the Delaware Valley area. From Mt. Airy I move to the Far NorthEast Phila,
then to Elkins Park and now in Montgomery Township.
If I can find out where to put up a photo I will. Look pretty good for a young 65!
Regards to all who read this,
Wayne
