L&I INSPECTOR, 56 Melvin E. Satinsky, 56, a construction trades inspector for the city Department of Licenses & Inspections, died of a heart attack Wednesday at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He lived in the Northeast. Mr. Satinsky joined the department five years ago after operating his own business, Satin Construction Co., designing and building homes. Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Beverly Cohen Satinsky; a son, Brett Lewis; a daughter, Allison Beth; his mother, Esther Satinsky; a brother; and a sister. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael Sacks, 310 Second Street Pike, Southampton. Burial will be at Montefiore Cemetery, Rockledge.
